Our Promise: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we'll replace it or refund you โ no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Damaged, wrong, or expired products (our fault) are always accepted
- Perishable food items, opened personal care products are not eligible for returns unless damaged
How to Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or call within 7 days
- Share your order number and photos of the item/issue
- We arrange TCS pickup at no cost for our error (wrong/damaged items)
- Refund or replacement is processed within 2โ3 business days of receiving the return
Refund Methods
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash to your registered mobile
- Bank transfer (for orders paid via bank)
- Store credit added to your account for future orders
COD refunds are done via EasyPaisa/JazzCash or store credit. We do not refund in cash for delivery orders.
