โœ… Our Promise: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we'll replace it or refund you โ€” no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Damaged, wrong, or expired products (our fault) are always accepted
  • Perishable food items, opened personal care products are not eligible for returns unless damaged

How to Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or call within 7 days
  2. Share your order number and photos of the item/issue
  3. We arrange TCS pickup at no cost for our error (wrong/damaged items)
  4. Refund or replacement is processed within 2โ€“3 business days of receiving the return

Refund Methods

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash to your registered mobile
  • Bank transfer (for orders paid via bank)
  • Store credit added to your account for future orders

COD refunds are done via EasyPaisa/JazzCash or store credit. We do not refund in cash for delivery orders.
